Stability meets dynamics
Controlled
Rotation
The NOHRD PowerPlank introduces a new dimension to functional training, as its rotating elements create dynamic movement patterns that specifically activate the stabilising muscles. The focus lies on the shoulders, rotator cuff, arms, grip strength and core stability. Every movement requires control — and that is exactly where the training effect begins.
The Workout
The stable construction allows each movement to be guided with precision. Every rotation becomes an active challenge for muscles and coordination, regardless of training level.
