Refunds & Replacement

Policy for returns, replacements and refunds

  • 1. We aim to provide quality goods delivered within the promised timeframe without compromising quality.

  • 2. We do not offer exchanges, replacements, or refunds except under specific circumstances.

  • 3. Returns/replacements are accepted only for:
    (i) Manufacturing defects,
    (ii) Damage at delivery,
    (iii) Wrong goods delivered, or
    (iv) Incorrect quantity.

  • 4. Issues must be reported with photographs via your Account within 48 hours of delivery. Approval is at the sole discretion of WRN’s service team.

  • 5. Replacements are initiated upon receipt of the defective item (allow 1–3 weeks for processing).

  • 6. Items must be returned in original packaging, unaltered, and via a traceable carrier as specified by WRN. All approved return costs will be borne by WRN.
