Refunds & Replacement
Policy for returns, replacements and refunds
1. We aim to provide quality goods delivered within the promised timeframe without compromising quality.
2. We do not offer exchanges, replacements, or refunds except under specific circumstances.
3. Returns/replacements are accepted only for:
(i) Manufacturing defects,
(ii) Damage at delivery,
(iii) Wrong goods delivered, or
(iv) Incorrect quantity.
4. Issues must be reported with photographs via your Account within 48 hours of delivery. Approval is at the sole discretion of WRN’s service team.
5. Replacements are initiated upon receipt of the defective item (allow 1–3 weeks for processing).
6. Items must be returned in original packaging, unaltered, and via a traceable carrier as specified by WRN. All approved return costs will be borne by WRN.
