Offering various options for strength and endurance training, the versatile StepBox is everything you need for a balanced workout.
The included equipment is stored behind the curved step boards.
The two curved step boards are made of high-quality, veneered plywood and a solid wooden frame made of wood.
They serve as functional aerobic steps or as training benches for the equipment stored behind them.
The upholstered top of the NOHRD StepBox serves as a comfortable seat or bench during your workout, but also as a lid for the interior compartments.
Inside the NOHRD StepBox is the storage space for the included training equipment, so everything stays organized and out of sight.
The four resistance tubes in different tensions (10, 20, 40 and 50) are stored under the padded lids to save space.
With the help of carabiners, these are attached to extendable hooks at the bottom of the StepBox and used in combination with the ball-bearing handles for various exercises.
