Returns Information
We strive to ensure satisfaction with every WATERROWER | NOHRD product purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase,
the following guidelines explain how to process a return or cancellation.
1. Returns and Cancellation Period
· Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
· For orders containing multiple products with separate delivery dates, the 30-day return period applies to each product individually, starting from the date each product was delivered.
· Order cancellation is accepted up to midday on the working day before the scheduled delivery or installation date.
For a softer and more comfortable seating experience on the NOHRD Bike, we recommend the comfort saddle – especially for longer, more relaxed rides. As an optional alternative to the standard racing saddle, the comfort saddle can be retrofitted at any time.
