Returns Information
We strive to ensure satisfaction with every WATERROWER | NOHRD product purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase,
the following guidelines explain how to process a return or cancellation.
1. Returns and Cancellation Period
· Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
· For orders containing multiple products with separate delivery dates, the 30-day return period applies to each product individually, starting from the date each product was delivered.
· Order cancellation is accepted up to midday on the working day before the scheduled delivery or installation date.
The XL seat post is required for people with an inside leg length of over 100 cm. It can simply be attached to the saddle arch instead of the normal seat post. This ensures a maximum seat height of 120 cm.
