Returns Information
We strive to ensure satisfaction with every WATERROWER | NOHRD product purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase,
the following guidelines explain how to process a return or cancellation.
1. Returns and Cancellation Period
· Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
· For orders containing multiple products with separate delivery dates, the 30-day return period applies to each product individually, starting from the date each product was delivered.
· Order cancellation is accepted up to midday on the working day before the scheduled delivery or installation date.

Note: - Blue Dye does not contain any cleaning agents and will not prevent algae growth. - Safe to use in conjunction with purification tablets. - With this product, we recommend using distilled water, this is better suited for limiting the algae growth without impacting the performance of the Blue Dye.
