Returns Information
We strive to ensure satisfaction with every WATERROWER | NOHRD product purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase,
the following guidelines explain how to process a return or cancellation.
1. Returns and Cancellation Period
· Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
· For orders containing multiple products with separate delivery dates, the 30-day return period applies to each product individually, starting from the date each product was delivered.
· Order cancellation is accepted up to midday on the working day before the scheduled delivery or installation date.
The WaterRower protective tarpaulin can be easily pulled over the rowing machine. Your WaterRower is therefore optimally protected from external influences such as dust or high humidity.
Covers are not compatible with M series or WaterRower's with HiRise Kit Adaptors.
