Fulfillment for ground shipment orders*:

ROWING MACHINE ORDERS are estimated to ship within 5-7 business days of the order date.
NOHRD Products are estimated to ship within 5-7 business days of the order date.
SPARE PARTS and ACCESSORIES are traditionally shipped within 7-10 business days.

Fulfillment for freight shipment orders*

All items requiring freight shipment are dispatched with standard freight services, including liftgate and delivery to curb.
Additional costs are the responsibility of the purchaser for storage, location reassignment, missed deliveries, additional delivery services, request for alternative shipment location and return to shipper.

*Items noted as out of stock are fulfilled once returned to stock. Estimated fulfillment times are provided at time of purchase.

Shipment Damage

Damages must be noted at time of acceptance with carrier and submitted to WATERROWER | NOHRD via our customer care email, [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide a copy of your invoice, images and damage information within your submission.
Customer assumes all expenses, including but not limited to replacement items and shipping expenses, for damages caused by customer negligence.

Unique Shipment Regions

Provided shipping charges are for mainland United States and Canada. Additional charges may apply for remote regions, including by not limited to, islands, US-Territories and APO/FPO/DPO shipments.
