The NOHRD SwingBells Shadow 1 kg combine lightweight functional training with premium craftsmanship and a distinctive design. The set consists of two dumbbells made from black genuine leather with solid handles crafted from stained beech wood. With 1 kg per SwingBell, the pair is ideal for warm-ups, mobility exercises, controlled movement patterns and light functional upper-body training.

Each 1 kg SwingBell is filled with precisely balanced iron granules. During dynamic movements, the granules shift inside the leather pouch and continuously alter the weight distribution. Even at the lighter weight, this creates an additional coordinative training stimulus and adds a dynamic element to controlled exercises.
The SwingBells Shadow combine black genuine leather with solid handles made from stained beech wood. The flexible leather body can also be used as an alternative grip, expanding the range of possible exercises. At 1 kg per SwingBell, the set is particularly suited to precise movements, mobility work, warm-ups and lighter functional training.
