SwingBells Shadow Set 8 kg

Each 8 kg SwingBell is filled with precisely balanced iron granules. During dynamic movements, the granules shift inside the leather pouch and continuously alter the weight distribution. The resulting instability increases the coordinative demands and creates additional, varied training stimuli, particularly during powerful strength movements.

The SwingBells Shadow combine black genuine leather with solid handles made from stained beech wood. The flexible leather body can also be used as an alternative grip, expanding the range of possible exercises.
