Crafted Strength
This luxury dumbbell set includes eight weights from 2.5 to 10 kg, precision CNC-machined from nickel-plated steel. Each dumbbell features a knurled grip for control and solid wood end discs for a refined NOHRD finish.
THE STEPS
Bench & Step Function
The removable side panels serve a dual purpose: one is finished with a padded top for use as a workout bench, while the other offers a stable wooden step-aerobic platform. Both are made from veneered ply with a solid wood frame, with the cushioned panel finished in wipe-clean, durable faux leather.
TUBES
Resistance Bands
Train with four resistance bands in varying strengths, neatly stored behind the panels. Each band clips to one of four anchor points at the base, allowing for dynamic upper- and lower-body movements. Two solid wood handles with ball bearings ensure a smooth, ergonomic grip throughout.

The StepTower features a full set of NOHRD DumbBells—four pairs of weights from 2.5 to 10 kg—elegantly stored on interior racks for easy access and visual appeal. Four resistance tubes in varying tensions are neatly hung inside, ready to clip onto anchor points for targeted strength or mobility training. The second interior section stores cork yoga blocks, a cork fascia roller, and a full-length cork exercise mat (180 x 60 x 0.4 cm)—ideal for floor-based training and recovery work.
