The Eau-Me Board features a water-filled tank that dynamically reacts to your movement, adding an extra dimension to your balance and core stability workouts.

The water-filled base causes just the right amount of instability to encourage your body to engage stabilizing muscles, promoting better coordination and more core strength. Measuring 64 cm in diameter and crafted with a footplate made of high-grade, stained wood veneer, the Eau-Me Board’s base is of sturdy polycarbonate and filled with approx. 6.5 l of water.
