The solid oak housing of the quick-adjust mechanism, paired with the 24 cm diameter black-stained ring, gives the NOHRD Sling suspension trainer a natural touch and feel. The Sling can be easily attached to the ceiling or a tree branch by the included carabiner.
The NOHRD Sling offers a comprehensive full-body workout: using your own body weight as resistance, you can train strength or improve core stability, while balance and flexibility improve.
